A dream world a reality as reality is a dream world
Here's an invert for you! Imagine a world were imaginary archetypes are considered real! were reality is a fantasy! An imaginary character of some sorts dreams of what it would be like if reality was...well, REAL! in his realm! and so he carries this small pouch that contains the dreams he has envisioned, and theres a secret group of law officials who are after him because he has these powers of sorts...and they want to keep this individual from exposing these concepts of reality.

Theme: To question our existence
Synopsis: This is the story of Bill Bill…A High school drop out who more problems than a bum, in a generation were violence is getting more popular by the day, the only way teenagers can vent is primarily through the media (television, Video games, ETC) so blah, blah, blah, BB gets angry at society and contemplates a plan to shoot up his school. but with a sudden change of heart he decides not to and goes onto a personal journey that would bring him to become part of a street-performing clown troupe, to ultimately questioning his spiritually through Islamic faith by reading the Qu’ran thus bringing a certain Existential quality to him own personal crusade in life.

1. Set-up over view of School shooting, Street-performing clown troupe, to being in jail and practicing Islamic faith, and what people remember of him before his death.
2. Early child hood
3. The development of bad behavior, caused by his parents
4. violent acts/treats at school, questioning his life and existence on this planet, so he buys a gun and decides that he wants to shoot up his school but because of …he decides to go into exile, and was never to return to his parents again.
5. Traveling from street corner to street corner he sees a Street troupe that are dressed up like clowns, The Boy is hungry and is tired and asks if he could travel with them, so he does and becomes apart of the troupe, further questioning his existence and decides that what he is doing his a good thing for humanity, ad decides that wants to live.
6. After a few months BB is happy, he’s enjoying life and the troupe is enjoying his presence, but ties start to drift among the troupe as they are all starving for food and is not bringing in enough money for there travels and living expenses because of BB, unfortunately one of troupe members were caught buying and distributing narcotics, so they all were rounded up for questioning and ended up meeting a judge all went to jail for conspiracy for of distributing narcotics.
So because of this BB is now in distress, all that was going good is now gone, until he reads the Qu'ran out of curiosity, from there on he becomes a more virtue st individual and now has found peace among himself and his peers.
7.Time has pasted and he is now a a happy person, but certain things still haunt him,
Life all the thoughts of him shooting up people, and what could of been, is still there, and images has been seeing images of cowboys and aliens and just a bunch of weird stuff, but on one night what freighting the most was a message he got in dream, that of foretelling his own death. So he finally says enough is enough, so he phones in false information of him planting a bomb some where, and said that he could be found down by a beach were he will detonate it with a wireless device if the police do not stop him, so he's on the beach, enjoying the site, the cops are now there trying to talk him out of detonating the "bomb" and pulls out as he says this, Freedom, I'm now free, two officers puts dozen into his body.
8.Reflections of who he was now occur from those who knew him, and now hopes in he is in a better place.

Segment films
An Idea occurred to me! and I was thinking! how about I try to make a segment film with all the Ideas that I came up with from the past two months now! I would just have to figure out a universe to work with in this video! also I think this could a be a great way in incorporating collaborations with other filmmakers in the Friday class. So the purpose of this post is the give you the best of the best of ideas I have been writing out into treatments, enjoy!
The Street performer
"The street performer" is a story about a young man, who one day, dreams of becoming the greatest actor there is upon the face of this earth, is having hardships, Fresh from dropping out of High school in senior year, Joey! flat out tries to go out into the world as a freelance actor...but things don't seem to end up as as well he'd expect. Playing with on only what he knows, imitating an actors craft isn't the smartest thing if your trying to get picked up by a local theater chain or any thing in general; So dead broke, he does what he needs too! just to survive, he litearlly enters into the undergroundworld of "Street performing" While being faced with a whole new set of rules. struggling to find his own voice, he hopes he can do just that. Along the way he meets new friends, faces a tone of obstacles, and finally understands the real meaning of becoming a "Thesipeain" in this of redemption and hope! Joey will find his way as the street performer.

'This is my cinematic riddle
This is my cinematic riddle...is well...my new film! or at leas the title! this is for one, is going to be a puzzle of a film, about a character who speaks only riddles and "Lives" them out as if they were real! thus making this film a truly immersing one, as I would like this piece to have the audience participate in what choices are Phrases of words this guy speaks and and too see if the audience can figure them out. This piece also adds a hint of mystery/detective drama in there! so as I'm thinking of a plot! I have the main idea in focus! MAKE ONE HUMONGOUS, VISUALLY INSANE, CREATIVE, BRAIN TEASER! look out for this one along with the heist film!

Movie concept: If I only had a brain
While I was watching the Wizard of oz, I was thinking of the character scarecrow, for a potential short character film that deals with similar themes that character himself particularly faced, and the main character in this film would be sporting similar threads as the character from W.O.O did, that is all I have at this moment now! but please keep a look for further details as the weekend progress.

The devil wants my soul before I commit suicide!
This is a movie about a man who is trying to commit suicide! but little did he know that he was long over due on owing his soul to the devil because of deal he made with him earlier a couple of months prior to what act he is about to commit! so as he is about to fervor the last few moments of life he has to spare before committing suicide. He gets a phone call from the devil letting him know that he owes him his soul! So our main character thinks nothing of it as he hangs up the phone it rings again, again, and again until he realizes that he is in for some trouble if he doesn't hand over his soul...

A comedy about a group of rookie thieves, whose first attempt in stealing a couples priceless ear rings located in there home, has gone all to wrong! there first time can be there last!

I'M BACK!!!
Hay there bloggers! it's me...BRANDEN! and I'm back in the business of making shortvideo's! and sadly it's going to be my final year as a videomaker at the ICA's fast forward program! so one of the main goals I'm trying to make happen before I depart from my beloved ICA/Fast forward; is to produce a series nice quality short films , branching off into the genres of Horror, Sci-fi, and mystery. And so my set goal is to produce eight or more of these short pieces, with the years worth of experience I'd gained by being apart of a program like this, I can now go into full throtle " FILMMAKING" before I go off to filmmaking, and yes! that means guriella style as well! also before I leave I would like to produce one or more of which, and that is a documentary of sorts. Heck that could go along with the eight or more catagory but yea! I'm back and stay tuned, for I'm going to start spitting out the ideas from left to right! look out for the first idea and or script some time this weekend.

In a flashy montage, we see two men drinking, Lou, 17 yrs of age, and Broke, 17 yrs of age, Lou sits by a poker table as Broke lays smack dead on a couch, Lou says this as he holds onto this bottle of beer.
Lou
Let that little of light of yours shine! No matter what! Because no one else will do it... to friendship
Broke
To friendship! My dear friend…to friendship
Pouring the bottle of liquid, alcohol streams down in a flowing motion only beauty has to saying.
Fade-out
Drifting
Fade-in
Falling from out his recliner chair, Broke wakes up to a half broken beer bottle that lays upon the ground, Broke Reluctantly picks him self up and he looks around to see nothing but shards of broken glass, as he walks by the shards he sees one unbroken bottle, he proceeds to grab it. And for a moments time he stood still to look at this bottle, broke then lifts his head up to see a glare of light flick his way, Broke proceeds to say this
Brock
Today is going to be nice day! I…just…know it’s going to be a nice day...like the good days…
Cut-to
Lou as he says this in a loud and obnoxious voice
Lou
There’s alcohol out there that’s just screaming our names out for some good old drinking! Who needs school when you got…
V.O.
The goods days were the best days! Especially with…
Grabbing Broke, Lou pounces up and down, a pathway that leads them directly into the street side, and in a montage they drink, and they drink until they reach a whirlwind of vomit and utter disarray of rants. Observing the area around him, he sees grime, broken bottles, and dumpsters
V.O.
We had the world in our hands and we where sipping it by the ounce; the word fun just wasn’t a word, it was a way of life…Bottle by bottle or dreams were coming alive…but for some reasons I’ve known in the back of my head Lou knew, he knew what he was feeling and what he was saying was blasphemy, but the greatest lies are the ones that have no purpose…than it! Just simply being a god damn lie!!!
Cut-back to
Still gazing into the bottle, he snaps out of it and moves on, standing there he says…
Broke
Oh! God! I can’t let my flesh rot like this. I’d rather see this so called world, as piss poor as it’s becoming due the piss of our own kind…I’d rather see it, Instead of feeling the heart that pumps out the blood in my body! But I mean what can I say, when your someone like me is there any other way to live?
Hell I can use a walk, at least I’ve said I done something today!
Picking up a pair of pants that lay beneath the shards of glass, walks out of the house as he picks up a shirt on the way out the back door of his house.
Lou
Got to thank grandma for trusting me with the family home! Hell why need the future when they got a frailer for a son, drinking himself out of high school, with straight A’s surprisingly… Shit but I probably wouldn’t want to have anything to do with a fuck up like myself anyway!
Broke leans over the edge of his house as proceeds to vomit
And just drops to the side of his house as he looks around in angst

Lou…lord have mercy! Why him?
Broke rubes his face and shakes it and recollects himself as he says this
A montage of Broke occurs as he first walks to the corner store, buying a drink then reading a Magazine.
Broke
The Corner Store! Yea! That’s where I’ll go! The Corner Store. Pick up a shivery drink, maybe I’ll get my favorite BRAND OF POTATO CHIPS, maybe I’ll buy a celebrity magazine…so I can throw their useless lives around to make me feel better. But since they’re richer than me! They have a meaning…now I can be amazed by the new couple who combines a semi-million dollar reign as they flow with a combined name…Or maybe not! I’ll always do that! Crackers! What can I do! What can I do with my life? Right here! Right now?
Broke gets up and rubs his forehead, and literally drifts onwards down towards the pavement, and stops to think about what Lou would do.

New concept!
I finally came to a conclusion that I'm always pitting myself up agianst the odds! and you know what! I'm glade because I'm yet agian going to do something that is ambitious in scope(or concept) but cheap on scale(budget).
Idea:
I'm going to work with the theme of...SURVIVAL! and what does it mean to survive? and so my new piece going to be centered around a bunch of soliders who are trying to survive in a basement and the world is on a spiral of a social and economic collapse. i.e. The apocolyspe, and basically this will be a character study of these men who stride for survival at any stakes...even if it means a fellowman's life...So stay tuned.

Oh yea, he defiantly meets the needs of those crave for them, number three-hundred and forty six… what does it matter to him any how? In the end, humans are all the same!

Mindthefts!
Welcome all to my new blog post! as mentioned in Mike Chews Blog me him are in the phases of scripting for my new sci-i epic! "Mind thefts" and just to give you a taste of what its about, this plot revolves around Two casted out angles of gods domain who now live among us with a fetish for the thoughts of ones mind. While Living in a world that is unlike ours, rejected angles and demons alike live in peace making bids on who can consume ones mind from another, along with possestions, Etc. running short of one member the two criminals need a third member and lucky one of there proteges knew who! ( who secertly was looking for them...for revenge of stealing his fathers thoughts, whom his father was an alet of gods service as well) and thats where our story begins...them waiting on him! the new guy...as they are mind thefts.
Cast of Characters:
Watcher- He’s the conflicted hero of this plot, Being the central Character he leads this small band of thefts to victory as they pull off there heists until the end were we will see his deism because of the over whelming guilt of stealing a very powerful warlord of thieving minds, for he wanted to make sure he was done for but was nowhere to be found. So now he’s on edge about his disappearance
Paranoid Thief- Wing man and best friend to Watcher, he’s fixated on this theory of the Mind police because he thought he got his thoughts snatched away from him
Mars- a very mysterious figure( meaning not much is known about his past until the end) in this group, being the new guy out of this group…very excited and gratified by the honor for working in such a group, but really he has other plans…plans far greater than the guys has ever expected. For he is the sun of the Crime boss of all thieving minds.
Stoke broker- This character will be the lesser known one out of this troupe as he is actually held accountable for these guy’s thoughts they has stoked up in there pile so this troupe can get high! But really he’s a slave.
The Journer- A wonders of the fifth dimension of some parallel universe out there somewhere, he’s Mr. Cool with a retro 70’s persona and style.

Paranoid Thief- Wing man and best friend to Watcher, he’s fixated on this theory of the Mind police because he thought he got his thoughts snatched away from him
Mars- a very mysterious figure( meaning not much is known about his past until the end) in this group, being the new guy out of this group…very excited and gratified by the honor for working in such a group, but really he has other plans…plans far greater than the guys has ever expected. For he is the sun of the Crime boss of all thieving minds.
Stoke broker- This character will be the lesser known one out of this troupe as he is actually held accountable for these guy’s thoughts they has stoked up in there pile so this troupe can get high! But really he’s a slave.
The Journer- A wonders of the fifth dimension of some parallel universe out there somewhere, he’s Mr. Cool with a retro 70’s persona and style.
